Why was Michael Powell the only reporter in all of NYC to report that Mike Bloomberg's favorite non-profit got busted for stealing? Who wasn't stealing hand over fist under mayor Bloomberg treating billions of Tax Payer dollars like Mike Bloomberg charity money -- did Mike confuse tax payer money with his foundation? No policing and in my opinion Rose Gill Hearn should be fired. For what she did over see finding she was blind to CityTime and ECTP for way too long. Preet Bharara CityTime won't really be doing his job in my opinion until he cuts ties with Rose Gill Hearn and he goes back in time to Richard Valcich's letter because the abuse went on before Gerald Denault was even hired.

For newbees --- Linda Gibbs was once the boss of key crooks in my opinion CityTime Scandal -- yes way back they worked for her in Children Services NYC gov. I do believe Mark Mazer and Joel Bondy both crooks.
Joel Bondy has not been arrested but got a soft landing along with everyone involved except those arrested. I believe there should be arrests of SAIC officials, NYC Gov officials and even other contractors involved.
