What happened to the head of Dept of Investigation and shortly there after Rose Gill Hearn -- the political arm of Mike Bloomberg comes in....nothing is done to shut down CityTime which Bill Thompson could have easily done just like John Liu did with his press releases on CityTime and ECTP 911.
Christine Quinn brushed aside 2 investigations in to CityTime brought heroically forward by Tish James.
To read in The NY Post Bill Thompson nasty comment to Bill Thompson on "fiscal advice" I would say Bill DeBlasio bone-up on CityTime and also Steve Rattner who pleaded the 5th 64 times -- Rattner Bloomberg's best friend and money manager -- huge conflict of interest -- raided the pensions and he was not alone.... Thompson could have done a hell of a lot more than he did to stop the pensions being raided and he did not.
