Ask Quinn why she won't hand over ambulance response times to her own community?
Why no investigation in to Mark Carson's ambulance?
Why no investigation in to ambulance took almost 1/2 because it went to wrong address her own community member past out 250 broadway her huge staff hiding because hundreds of her own community stood in line to testify we demand a hospital mostly all turned away in freezing cold weather while Rudin and his retired NYPD and construction workers waltzed in.
Chuck Meara in a meeting with me and Norman Siegel and 2 community members I brought were told there was no ambulance because Chuck's pal at the 01 said so despite 300 witnesses including me getting foil report that Quinn should have gotten.
I guess Quinn didn't call Commish Kelly's direct line in that and ask how can we cover up 911 mess.
Quinn could have stopped CityTime and 911 and did not!!!!!
