It is 2013 so the top placard my guess is an honest cop who at this late date has not been given his or her 2013 parking placard because Internal Affairs is late again just like they were last year and yes I was the only one to report IA got 2012 placards to the entire NYPD by sometime in March!

Well the parking placard from the 75th Precinct is in my opinion illegal at this late date.
Now some NYPD would say hey they did their job so they can use these but actually now.
We have a massive NYPD PBA fixing and corruption scandal that only a smart part quite evil and heinous as been exposed and the NYPD and PBA used every perk possible including these to break serious laws. Besides that there are creeps that pose as cops, there are potential terrorists so this is not okay.
I see so many fake illegal placards that are not NYPD as well but what is the point of calling Internal Affairs? They are so back logged and IA is more than 90 days behind investigating me being assaulted and to date I am guessing did nada on all the parking placards I have caught including a fake NYPD one in front of the Mercer Hotel.
I will always have this special kind of feeling of love for the NYPD because of 9-11 but any good feeling does not allow for any corrupt dealings and corrupt cops ruin it for good cops.
NYPD Peter Figoski a great cop and hero now in Heaven RIP but there are too many bad cops out there and they take and take and take..
