| On Monday, January 7, 2013 at approximately 5:07 p.m., police responded to a report of shots fired at 61 East 42 Street (Brooklyn). Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim, 22, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the head. A female victim, 27, was also discovered, with a gunshot wound to the left leg. EMS responded to the location and pronounced victim #1 deceased at the scene and transported victim #2 to Kings County Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition. There are no arrest(s) and the investigation is ongoing. |
