Bloomberg and Giuliani No White House
Both these guys aspired to be President of the United States and neither will.
Put it this way -- Rudy is really really lucky Preet Bharara does not want to go back in Time CityTime because it all begins with Rudy throwing out a payroll system that worked created and run by city workers for CityTime a hunk of junk that like his other disaster Maximus was thrown away and after Mike Bloomberg exits CityTime will be quietly filed in the dumpster as well.
Mike treated tax payer money like it was his private charity but no one in the media is covering record amounts of tax payer abuse.
Look up
John Liu Press Release CityTime 2 (this press release is way too soft and understates as did Liu's press releases on CityTime. CityTime 2 is ECTP Tech System.
1) ECTP 911 HP takes over and I am told has no 911 experience John Liu does audit and calls for criminal investigation almost a year ago. NO INVESTIGATION and this is bigger than CityTime.
one billion dollar budget but oops we spent 2 billion 14 million most recently went to NASA pre Sandy
In theory HP couldn't have let us say over billed us unless other contractors were perhaps because they do have to at some point work together? Research HP and fellow contractors.
2) CityTime 700 mill over budget and a hunk of junk
3) NYCAPS 277 over budget suppose to spend only 66 million oops
4) baby in terms of tax payer rip off -- almost 2 mill Seedco
How much have we paid Gartner, Accenture as well as other consultants is it over a billion $ in consulting since Mike can to office and became the king of outsourcing....
How much did we pay for 311 another major tax payer titanic?
Did we pay Gartner 90 million for advice on ECTP 911?
FDNY Wirelesss went over budget as well -- I don't have figures on that either but NY Post did a piece on having to pay Raytheon an additional 14 million dollars on top of 500 million they already got.

I copied it because NY post removed it right away.

The NY Post removed this exclusive by Sally Goldenberg and Josh Margolin but I have a copy -- go look on the above link.
NYCWiNS what was the budget any over-run?
I remember reading problems on that as well.
It goes on in other sectors of NYC like Board of Ed, Board of Election, remember "NICE" not that nice a housing tech nightmare they did end up fixing I hope...
Ask Rudy Giuliani to explain his guys once his deputy mayors turned lobbyists on the SAIC MTA deal --- in my opinion very dirty deal that MTA and SAIC fixed and refused to drop until they were forced to because SAIC was banned from all NYC and NY State contracts because of CityTime.
Ask Rudy why did he not move the Emergency Command Center in the WTC when he had 11 years to between the two terror attacks.
If we are attacked now we have 2 ECC centers one in Brooklyn and one in the Bronx but the system would collapse just like Hurricane Sandy and it isn't just the phone system in my opinion we paid an obscene amount of money like we did to SAIC on CityTime and we were robbed.
SOS any intelligent life forms out there...
