We do not have a Trauma Level 1 hospital thanks to City Council with Charles Barron being the onlhy one to vote for us.

311 Debt of Building calls mostly WORTHLESS -- it takes at least one dead body for DOB to come out of it's coma and than promptly return to it's coma.
