A teacher that got an unsatisfactory rating came with all documentation needed to prove the principal was wrong was told before the teacher walked in the door for the hearing -- the teacher by their UFT rep that you are going to lose.
The teacher was incredulous and asked why?
Answer: The decision on the ruling is made by the Dept of Ed.
There is no Independent Arbitrator and their needs one!!!
The teacher had documentation to prove incompetent principal was wrong but the teacher still lost.
