I thought Internal Affairs "stole" my complaints to CCRB but the letter I got from CCRB yesterday makes it appear CCRB handed them over.
I do not see why because everyone named in the complaint was rude to me / discourteous and abused power and I do not know if CCRB made that decision all by their lonesome or some police influenced was involved? http://mayorbloombergkingofnewyork.blogspot.com/2013/01/ccrb-letter-about-giving-my-complaint.html The decision was wrong. I want all the men involved to have to answer under oath to a CCRB Inspector vs IA because there will be no public record if IA does their thing and I want IA to do so but I want CCRB to do their own investigation.
I do not know how they made the decision and I would like to know.
I posted yesterday an email asking that they return the complaints to CCRB and IA can do a separate investigation because Internal Affairs if they have integrity have to go to the DA and report Delita Hooks filed a false complaint as well as violently assaulted me when FYI -- see in the video the door knob she is holding...she could have used that to close the door rather than attempt to beat the crap out of a medical patient. http://youtu.be/dh9TedhfthE
Note she went right back to her desk and finished out the night. I have witnesses that were not interviewed that can verify Dr. Fagelman was also confronted with the demand to fire her and Dr. Andrew Fagelmn refused.
Internal Affairs I am told is back logged. Interesting the NYPD have so many complaints against them that IA back logged.
The NYPD have no successfully weeded out men and women who do not belong on the force.
The NYPD have not bothered to teach the law to the police or the police just arrogantly flout it and you can watch YouTubes from Occupy Wall Street to see the NYPD do not obey the laws regarding public spaces, civil rights and the rights of the press.
