Law360, New York (September 13, 2012, 5:24 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday delayed a criminal trial over an alleged kickback scheme involving the CityTime payroll project, after prosecutors said they had obtained reams of new evidence from the abandoned office of a subcontractor charged in the case.
