What is happening with the John Haggerty appeal?
Remember mayor Bloomberg a sitting mayor commited perjury and he and Team Bloomberg suffered amnesia as well. All the money be funneled here and there could cause amnesia especially when Mike broke campaign laws wiring money out of his personnel account.
Why Haggerty wants to avoid jail so will he do so getting a re-trial. That would be bad news for Mike Bloomberg.
Don't forget Mike Bloomberg is using a National focus on Gun Control to escape a very very serious problem right here in NYC that is not good for his legacy.
911 Tech Corruption...... John Liu called for a criminal investigation.....almost a year ago.

In my opinion like CityTime, Seedco and so many other contracts those involved in the 911 tech system where over billing us including consultants none who could do simple math when we went over budget one billion dollars making it 2 billion dollar 911 system plus we had handed over 14 million to NASA --- why are NYPD going to answer 911 calls on the moon?
Well the people that lost loved ones during Bloomberg's Blizzard and Hurricane Sandy aren't happy with the 911 system failing but Bloomberg, Team Bloomberg and Commish Kelly said the 911 system worked just not the phones.
Wow HP who I heard had no 911 experience must be geniuses to over bill that much and deliver a system that works but relies on a phone system that does not and that concern alluded HP, Northop Grumman and Verizon? Ditto for 311 another Tech Titanic....
Mike Bloomberg was suppose to be a great biz man and tech genius.....the emperor's close....Mike should be resigning.
