an estimated 8-10 billion dollars of tax payer money stolen, frauded, abused and they got away with it and still say they balanced the budget despite harsh cuts to important services to the middle classes and poor.
Despite fire houses closed, homeless shelters closed over the year, hospitals like St. Vincent's closed and that is Quinn's own district and she wants to be mayor.
Bloomberg and his min-me celebrate abusing slush money and pushing through an illegal third term.

ECTP 911 Tech System rumored to be theft and fraud from the get go like CityTime and 911 system flawed 2 billion dollar plus (a billion over budget and City Council as usual okayed corrupt over-runs),
CityTime, NYCWiNS, SEEDCO, FDNY Wireless, NYCAPS, so many board of ed. tech deals with theft, so many contracts where they ooops over billed us.
The good news is Mike hired NASA so the NYPD can answer 911 calls on the moon.
The bad news is if we have another terror attack say this year...the first 2 downtown 11 years apart -- our 911 system doesn't work very well but the contractors made a fortune!
Defense contractors that lost federal funding came here to NYC gov and robbed us along with Fortune 500 companies and countless consulting firms that bilked us because Mike is the king of outsourcing.
Trouble is -- if Mike Bloomberg ran his private empire this way he would be homeless along with his daughters out on the street and his loyal loving gal pal Diana Taylor.
