Word on the street -- it appears cheapo Bill Rudin has beefed up his security force.
He had a security company that paid mainly poor African American men t babysit but he apparently may have broke his wallet although word on the street is he is really cheap -- not like Michael Bloomberg with tax payer money to his pals or his private fortune.
