NYC Gov Hires NASA and NASA Bails Out SAIC?

SAIC should have an Enron ending including for only paying us back 455 million when they screwed us out of a lot more -- how convenient the contracts they get like the one from NASA and reminder Mike approved NASA for the 2 billion dollar 911 tech system where oops we ran over a billion dollars!!! Does Mike want the NYPD answering 911 calls on the moon? We r being mega robbed and too many folks City Hall aiding and abetting including most of City Council.
