John Liu handed in a 20 page audit and called for a criminal investigation for ECTP 911. Aug 20 I called the FBI and asked for their help. I told them the 911 system would collapse and Hurricane Sandy proved it yet again. Where is the criminal investigation -- People died again and no one calling for heads and that might mean Mike Bloomberg's? So kill the story or is too big to kill.
