John Liu did a 20 page audit and called for a criminal investigation of ECTP 911 Tech System. The 2 billion 14 million dollars just handed to NASA also failed during Bloomberg's Blizzard and way back the first deaths City Island the Bronx when dispatchers sent first responders to the wrong location.

Christine Quinn and Chuck Meara her chief of Staff refused to investigate this just like they made a point of not meeting and greeting the community that turned out in droves -- her district to demand a Trauma Level 1 Hospital and not Rudin Luxury condos.
Quinn locked out her own district and no investigation in to that either.

So Cy Vance no investigation in to the 911 Tech System and it should be referred to US Attorney who is doing a lousy job on CityTime and this is bigger than CityTime although this is 6 years of corruption in my opinion where CityTime and SAIC were in my opinoin stealing from the beginning when they realized CityTIme was a lemon and they were going to bill up the whazoo like they did to the FBI on Trilogy and Trilogy was filed in the dumpster which is where CityTIme is destined.
HP also billed up the whazooo on the 911 Tech scam -- read John Liu's first press release CityTime 2.
I was assaulted, threatened with bodily harm and the Detectives at the First Precinct apparently think I deserved it and used a false complaint let the Perp walk.
I continue to ask that she be arrested for filing a false complaint and the NYPD so far are doing nothing so I am waiting on Internal Affairs but FYI -- next year as the 911 Scam is exposed --there may be a story like what happen to me tied to this corruption and handled "creatively" but the First Precinct Det. Squad.
