Granny Shooter Free to Shoot thanks to NYPD Ticket Fixing Scandal

Odd how an NYPD officer can do x amount of good things and his or her's corrupt dealings hurt the People of NYC as well as the police department but the NYPD stick together -- blue wall way too often and in this case thanks to the ticket fixing scandal an alleged violent gun shooter walked free and allegedly shot a granny nearly to death on her way to Church.

The alleged shooters name is Lance "Moon" Williams a granny shooter free to shoot grannies because of NYPD ticket fixing scandal set him free?

Lucky no ticket fixing anywhere else but the Bronx....

I heard ticket fixing NYPD PBA all the way to City Hall including top officials 3 city council members but hey that is just gossip.

Ticket fixing and PBA fixing only happens in the Bronx.

This Wiki page on me was removed after being attacked by sock puppet accounts exposed by an Wiki Editor. The accounts were suspended but the page came down as well. Interesting. The page is about being censored! All my YouTubes were banned and my YouTube channel removed a month and half before the election after relentless aggravated harassment by YouTube accounts identifying themselves on behalf of Mike Bloomberg. Google wrote me an apology and my account was restored 28 hours later.
