Short list of mega corruption Mike Bloomberg city hall --- CityTime ECTP mega corruption NYC gov nycaps, fdny wireless, 311 seedco board of ed tech contracts -- billion of tax payer dollars abused, stolen, over billed --- consultants giving us common sense for top dollars and simple 4th grade math we were robbed and billions of dollars.

Can I get a price tag on 311 from start to now and high priced consultants on that and ECTP 911 tech both failed during Hurricane Sandy.
