NYPD prepping OWS not Terror Attack

Memory shortly after 9-11 Rudy decided to sent NYPD cadets down to the open burning wound -- the heat would melt the bottom of construction workers boots.  The smell of death could be smelled in NJ, Conn and even below ground the subway down town.

Now I see young NYPD - young enough to be my sons and daughters in riot gear prepping for OWS when in fact we could have a terror attack or series of attacks and riot gear won't help. The attacks were 11 years apart. There is more.
