Andy Cuomo tet Steve Rattner pay to play and than pay to not plead guilty despite pleading the 5th 64 times. Rattner paid not to plead guilty as well as avoid prison. We can't have one politically connected man run the pensions and the fact we had half a billion to run 120 billion dollar pension fund criminal along with massive conflicts of interest.
