Ok, we know you MISSED PATROL on CityTime, are you saying that 10,000 other contracts were also a MISSED? How come SAIC gets a DPA, a.k.a. deferred prosecution agreement on Citytime? Hard to imagine this the only MISSED PATROL. Imagine missed shots on those SAIC drones.
