FYI:  We were suppose to get a percentage of the sale of CityTime and we won't see a dime because CityTime is a dud and Rudy threw out a payroll system called AutoTime that worked and created and run by city workers.

The working 911 system was thrown out as well rather than be expanded and HP was brought in but trouble is HP had no experience with 911 system and perhaps over billed us and question if they did how about Verizon and Northrop Grumman since the 3 worked together on the faulty 911 Tech System called ECTP.
