Repeat after me there is no Jelly Bean even though he is clearly called out in the CNN IReport -- see  link above.   To date we have never been given Jelly Bean's real name.

He and Deb Alderson avoided any prosecution from the US Attorney although Deb Alderson among other top officials are named in SAIC civil law suits.

As I have said these civil law suits are bad news for SAIC who fears an Enron ending and also for Mike Bloomberg, Mark Page and Team Bloomberg -- even Christine Quinn who many feel acts like a deputy mayor and made a back room deal to push through anything king Mike wanted in return to her becoming mayor of NYC from term limits dirty slushy dealings, to corrupt real estate to criminal over-rides in the billions of these flawed tech contracts.

The investigative journalists are dead perhaps and secretaries posing as newspaper reporters never sought to learn Jelly Bean's real name or even while  Richard Valcich who wrote the whistle blowing letter on SAIC is now silent?

Any investigative journalist would have published these pieces last year and been collecting awards!

But Jelly Bean is accused of some of the same things as all the top dogs from Albany to City Hall have including city council just abusing the money that flowed through their hands and New Yorkers don't care and even grasp these corrupt dealings are why it gets more and more expensive to live here.

Latest news on Jelly Bean; who is believed to have worked in SAIC’s Corporate Project Controls Dept. and also worked on the City Time project with Carl Bell and Gerald Denault?

What is the latest news on Jelly Bean? 


Rumor has it that he spent many occasions partying it up while on the City Time project and attempted to submit grossly overstated expense reports that abused the SAIC per diem guidelines, including excessive amounts of alcohol and lavish dinners; all of which, were rejected by SAIC’s corporate management?


He was able to secure another position within SAIC working under Debora Alderson -  a former Executive Vice President, who was recently terminated for her alleged affiliation with the City Time project in 2011 by Walt Havenstein, the former CEO who announced his resignation shortly thereafter?  


SAIC is a prime example of a company that has been driven by greed and dishonest business practices since the company went under new management during the turn of the century and became a publically traded company on the NYSE – ticker SAI.

SAIC can make themselves over more than Madonna but until they take responsibility along with Bloomberg and his minion including Rudy roots/involvement (lobbyists cozy) --  it ain't over.

Since the City Time scandal has gone public, the company stock price has plummeted and it is simply a matter of time before SAIC will be forced out of government procurement permanently? 


We the people have a moral responsibility to provide information regarding  these types of business practices and stop this company from continuing on as they have for over the past  decade.

By the way -- where are arrests of NYC gov officials and SAIC top officials we ain't holding accountable but SAIC's own shareholders are in civil suits that will begin before the criminal trial!

CityTime ain't over by a long shot.  No wonder Christine Quinn wants to move up the election date for mayor.  CityTime is bad news for Bill Thompson as well.

CityTime is just one more reason Mike Bloomberg should have resigned already....CityTime one of multi-Watergates beyond term limits, corrupt real estate dealings, slush abuse, broken campaign laws, perjury during the Haggerty trial to the largest abuse and even theft of tax payer money ever in NYC gov history and mostly tech contracts all over seen by Mike Bloomberg the supposedly great biz whiz and tech whiz....

Mike Bloomberg and team bloomberg rewarded a culture of failure and a revolving door of corruption.

Mike's answer to all the tech corruption is to bring in another poser puppet to head DOIIT making what a new DOITT head every 2 years and a new division to police the corruption -- laughable.

I confront mayor Bloomberg at a press conference I stumbled upon.  He claims he can't hear me although the video footage from NYC gov that is posted you can clearly hear me shout "CityTime" and he invites the press to ask him questions about my shout down after and no one does.

I confront him on CityTime and ECTP 911 Tech System which is a bigger crime than CityTime....

Reminder Bloomberg pushed SAIC like a drug king pin pushes heroin.
