Hmmmm, from a NYC City point of view SAIC was robbing way before Denault as the whistle blowing Richard Valcich letter and to me sounds very similar to SAIC screwing over the FBI Trilogy. CityTime is destined for the dumpster which is where Trilogy system ended up.

SAIC in my opinion knew pretty much from the get go CityTime was stinker.
Note: JP Morgan who blows blowing 2 billion dollars of course SAIC!!! Reminder I wanted a billion dollars x 3 and I said 500 million $ was way too low. SAIC and Bloomberg did a 455 million back room deal to cover up greater corruption involving top officials including nyc gov.!!!!
At least SAIC is not as big a control freak re: media as Andy Cuomo and Mike Bloomberg. Cuomo like Nixon created a file on Liz Benjamin because she dares to go off script and report the news!
SAIC has lots of powerful friends like Bloomberg who pushed SAIC like a drug king pin pushes heroin.
Here in NYC we have The NY Times killing stories including on Rudin and St Vincent’s Hospital because the paper’s owner wants Mike Bloomberg’s mini-me in office just like the NYT silenced all voices including mine in opposition of Mike Bloomberg’s illegal third term that Quinn pushed just like Chrisitne Quinn brushed aside 2 investigations in to CityTime brought by Tish James.
The NY Times has censored me and also killed news stories on Christine Quinn’s cozy relationship with Rudin and the corrupt dealings that have left the West Village with no Trauma level 1 hospital.
