If you ever protested Christine Quinn or Mike Bloomberg than you have encountered very large NYPD officers from the Intelligence Division that do not obey NYPD protocol even though the NYPD protocol does apply to them.   If they don't call CCRB immediately and report them.  Ask for their
supervisor's name as well and report any and all NYPD that do not give you their name and
badge numbers.

Leopold McClean is by far the biggest NYPD Intelligence Division Bloomberg or Quinn body
guard to get caught violating NYPD protocol!  After trying to murder a romantic rival he
should have called his NYPD supervisor and reported the use of his fire arm off duty and
oops he did not!   Hardee har har har!   I have a long list on YouTube of Mike Bloomberg
and Christine Quinn's NYPD Intelligence Division Detectives violating NYPD protocol!

NYPD Lt O does obey protocol but the very handsome NYPD Lt makes me move on a public
sidewalk as far from his mafia oops his mayoral boss Mike Bloomberg as possible as I yell
about Bloomberg and tech corruption focusing in on 911.    Well lucky for Mike he is above
the law and has NYPD officers move his critics far far away but the NYPD could not cover-up
Mike's Leopold trying to murder someone oopsie!
