NYPD and Internal Affairs fixed this violent crime by Delita Hooks, Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist and office manager who was not fired or arrested. The NYPD sealed her false cross complaint instead of going to the DA after they coerced me in to dropping charges.
Why are the police so confident they can fix crimes and act in concert with criminal activity or act criminally? Because no one is watching them.
I repeatedly asked CCRB to not give my case to IAB as I had given it to IAB immediately and CCRB felt due to the seriousness of it it should be IAB but I told them if they kept the case for the NYPD involved for violating "CPR" and abuse of power they would have to testify under oath vs IAB secretive and in case they allowed 2 NYPD officers Det John Vergona and Lt. Angelo Burgos to retire.
I was never questioned by IAB who was committed fully to corruption and criminal activity fixing this for the corrupt cops case closed so now they are all involved in abuse of power, criminal activity and violating my rights all because I went to get $430 dollars worth of medical care and would not accept Delita Hooks violent abusive behavior. She provoked me first to seek help from my MD Dr Vine who was in with another patient and than to film to document her madness but Delita Hooks just escalated and escalated. For some reason Delite Hooks is confident she can file as many false cross complaints as she wants and corrupt NYPD and IAB will fix it for her. I hear that as my video is approaching 15,000 views she is behaving herself.
The NYPD prevented me from bringing her violent assault and her false cross complaint to the DA.
Ray Kelly does not want videos like this one that expose the NYPD and IAB fixed a violent crime and the same applies to Stop and Frisk. If he is going to devote the last part of his career to covering up crimes like this and being exclusive about what the NYPD should be video taped than his career is over at the end of the year and ends on a scandalous note. Mike is so rich he can have all the media cover-up but no jobs at The White House or a government agency will come because of Stop and Frisk and now his resistance to video monitors.
Sure a bank would hire him as banks do to get fixing and favors from the NYPD like all rich people who have NYPD on the payroll.
