I was a victim of a violent assault by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist.  24 hours later instead of an apology she commits another serious crime -- she files a false cross -- complaint probably tipped of by my MD's receptionist I had gone to the NYPD.

So what did the NYPD do.  They did not properly investigate the crime.  The NYPD did not go to the DA who I have zero faith in but I did believe in the NYPD -- big mistake -- the NYPD Detectives did not go to the DA and report the false complaint.

I was coerced and threatened in to either waiting 4 days for my false arrest and spend a weekend in jail with a bleed eye -- turns out she caused a hole in my retina as well as further damaging an already damaged 50 year old neck mine -- I was prescribed a neck brace and Det. Vergona wanted me to wait 4 days to spend a weekend in jail because the Judge doesn't come in until Monday.

Vergona supervisor at the 01 Sgt. Chen admitted I had a right to report a crime a false complaint but insisted that I come down to the station and I audio tape me being turned away which I am told by an expert on the NYPD and crime is egregious.

The Queens DA just ruled that Adrian Schoolcraft being abducted by corrupt NYPD officers and they are high up cannot be put in front of a Grand Jury!  Gee, I wonder why.  Well Richard Brown and Internal Affairs say Deputy Chief Marino and DI Mauriello did nothing wrong getting an NYPD Swat team with machine guns called ESU unit (interview these guys and I bet they even think it was wrong) shutting down the street, bringing in a fire truck all because Adrian Schoolcraft  had good reason to be scared.
