I left a detailed message. I spoke to someone over at Citizen's Union and it was suggested I press CCRB to follow through with the process that Internal Affairs has in my opinion violated.
CCRB had my complaints against Det. John Vergona, Sgt. Chen and DI Ed Winski all for 1) abuse of power and 2) discourteous and that is seperate from IA's investigation which is involves fixing crime and using a false complaint and if NYPD Internal Affairs had any integrity it would mean IA would have to go to the DA to report the fact the woman that threatened me with bodily harm, assaulted me also commited another serious crime -- filing a false complaint.
What right did IA have to come in and prevent CCRB from investigating "abuse of power" and "discourteousness"?

Ms Thompson: I tried calling you via CCRBs telephone number and I want to talk directly with you so my tele number is included in contact info.
