FYI I posted a comment yesterday one of two - the one about Rudy having 11 years to move the Emergency Command Center out of the WTC was removed.
Note we are in danger -- if we have another terror attack I believe the 911 system will fail again and it is not just the phone system as Bloomberg, Team Bloomberg and Commissioner Kelly are saying and claiming by the way that 911 works.....isn't the phone system part of it -- they say no but it is not just the phone system.

He gave us CityTime the Tax Payer's Titanic and SAIC who was caught stealing -- over billing for years. Based on Richard Valcichs whistle blowing letter in 2003 sure looks like proof SAIC was robbing us and acting less than ethical before Denault was hired and Preet Bharara needs to go back to Giuliani Time which he is not doing but SAiC shareholders are going back in time in their law suit which I pray does not get thrown out against SAIC. I also want Gerald Shargel, Mazer the Momzer's lawyer and Barry Bohrer Gerald Shargel's lawyer to call Rudy as well as Mike Bloomberg who came in and pushed SAIC like heroin as did Rudy's ex-deputy mayors as lobbyists for SAIC.
Explain SAIC CityTime, explain Maximus, explain why the Emergency Command Center was never moved Rudy when you had 11 years to move it and explain how you were no 911 hero but you banked the false myth in to 30 million dollars. Did SAIC help?

Too bad Bloomberg did not throw out CityTime with Maximus too major Giuliani failures and CityTime would turn about to be the 2nd largest crime white collar in NYC gov history -- that is if US Attorney ever decides to prosecute CityTime 2 dubbed by John Liu -- ECTP 911 --the biggest corruption in my opinion way bigger than CityTime and of course one of Rudy's guys from his administration is a lobbyist from my amateur sleuthing.
