John Liu 911 & CityTime Hero Called for Criminal Investigation 

Almost a year ago Liu called for a criminal investigation of ECTP 911 -- where is it. 

He shutdown abuse that was pure criminal in my opinion and 911 fall-out DEATHS while Christine Quinn green lighted corruption. 

911 corruption is life or death besides a bigger crime than CityTime. 

FYI Bill DeBlasio did nothing -- oh yeah after people died Sandy he finally bothered to speak up but is silent.  

I won't be silent.  Where is the 911 criminal investigation.   Liu's audit proved we need a criminal investigation.  Hurricane Sandy more than underscored his audit -- ECTP 912 bigger crime than CityTime. 

Bill Thompson could have shut down CityTime crime and did not.
