Ben Brafman - I don't like your client -- to me he is like a character out of the bible praying to the golden calf - he disgusts me but after being a vicim of NYPD corruption from the same precinct --- after learning how Internal Affairs covers up for corrupt cops and according to Adrian Schoolcraft and his Dad Larry that Internal Affairs alerted his precinct he was whistle blowing to make Adrian's life hell --

Ben Brafman because I reported the special relationship the hotel had with the NYPD and officers like NYPD officer Eugene Schatz and Internal Affairs did nothing -- although I don't like your client and I think he is a spoiled big baby I can see why anyone would run from the NYPD because after my experience with Det. John Vergona and his supervisors Lt. Angelo Burgos and Sgt Chen and Internal Affairs handling of what was done to me so far -- IA has a couple of more weeks but we think IA is going to do what IA has a terrible reputation for and that is cover for corrupt cops unless federal agencies come in....
Based on the three trials in the Bronx right now, Internal Affairs exposed by Adrian Schoolcraft as well as Adrian Schoolcrafts tapes showing how dirty the NYPD are, my own experiences going to IA and getting no results specifically regarding the NYPD and The Mercer Hotel and the NYPD abuse and corruption I experienced first hand by Det John Vergona and his associates as well as supervisors the Det Squad First Precinct I can see why your client ran.
Internal Affairs sent my report on Det. John Vergona to the Integrity Division which is laughable.
Det. John Vergona used a crime --- a false complaint which he should have reported to the DA's office along with the Det who investigated the complaint and never called me to talk to me about being assaulted and the video I have of the medical receptionist threatening me with bodily harm and assaulting me three times before I defended myself.
Based on the face more New Yorkers are calling for the NYPD to be investigated for corruption with NYPD on trial for murder, gun trafficking, rape, perjury planting drugs, selling drugs, big stop and frisk trials, Adrian Schoolcraft tapes, Internal Affairs setting Adrian Schoolcraft up, NYPD Deputy Chief and Schoolcraft's commander using a swat team of NYPD to kidnap Schoolcraft and put him in a mental ward as retaliation -- and Chief Marino tested positive for HGH -- and my own experience with the corrupt detective squad John Vergona, his supervisors and the detectives he worked with to fix it so my attacker walked --- you could say Chabbott had good reason to run.
There were other cars illegally parked there.
There is no doubt The Mercer Hotel had a special relationship with the NYPD.
Henry Buhl with the Mercer Hotel's support dropped illegal planers where Veteran Vendors and Artists have tables and I called the NYPD -- they refused to do anything but if it was Occupy Wall street dropping anything there would have been arrests. Those planters sat their illegally for almost 6 months displacing hard working vendors.
The First Precinct had a special relationship with the Mercer Hotel and the hotel used the loading and unloading as private parking with valet service. That sure seemed to be the agreement with the NYPD and Internal Affairs was alerted to this along with the fake NYPD parking placard I found and did nothing.
I could see why anyone would run from the NYPD because they have been exposed abusing power and high levels of corruption -- and the cases in court now are just the cops that have been caught -- not the ones that haven't been.
Why Julien Chabbott ran is beyond me but on the other hand now that I was emotionally pistol whipped by Det. Vergona who told me he did not care if I had two black eye, to stop babbling, to wait 4 days until Saturday to be arrested and when I asked arrest the Jew on the Sabbath are you anti-Semitic and he didn't answer I could see why anyone would run from cops.
We need a commission a new Commission like the Knapp and Mollen.
Ben Brafman call Internal Affairs NYPD officers in and ask why they did nothing about my complaints?
IA must be put on trial and dissected by a new Commission in to NYPD corruption because IA is not doing their job.
