An NYPD Det Kevin Spellman was just found guilty of manslaughter in the Bronx -- one of the only places in NYC where a guilty cop will be prosecuted and will go to jail but today starts NYPD Ramos trial part of the NYPD PBA fixing scandal that was exposed and than quickly covered up by mainstream media so much so I hear the media is afraid of the NYPD and relies on them for information as well as their press passes.
NYPD Ramos conspired with his wife to hire a hit man to kill the key witness in the trial exposing his fixing and favors as well as drug dealing out of his father's Barber Shop!

Amazing not front page news -- not a lead story on television and where is a new commission -- a federal investigation even -- we had the Knapp Commission and Mollen well the NYPD are out of control and the NYPD PBA fixing is said to be covered up in all of NYC except the Bronx and right to City Hall where officials have gotten fixing and favors but hey Howard Rubenstein arranged Commish Kelly and Applebees so who cares. Rubenstein is also part of the reason we have Rudin Luxury condos and no hospital with a Rape Crisis Center in the East Village.

Chen's boss who I emailed along with Internal Affairs i was going in to report the false complaint and DI Ed Winski who refused to even call me back when I reported the false complaint by phone and also in person with a letter. Oh and when I had to get Ron Kuby to deal with Det. John Vergona who wanted to punish me with a weekend stay in jail with a collapse bladder from tumors, a neck in neck brace after being assaulted and a black eye -- contusion in my eye for refusing to drop assault charges the 2 NYPD rape cops continue to walk free. NYPD Ken Moreno also had heroin in his locker.
Note: My civil rights and just basic human rights violated including by the NYPD involved in making me being assaulted go away but who at Dr. Fagelman's office also violated my patient privacy -- how did the violent woman Delita Hooks who get my name -- was my patient rights to privacy also violated? I would ask the NYPD but they did not want to actually investigate the crime. Det. John Vergona said after two weeks of promising to go to the office he didn't have to because the det. on behalf of the woman who assaulted me went.
