NYC Rape Central women don't come forward and a concern is rapist NYPD threaten and coerce victims in to silence.
Look how many NYPD rape cops exposed and my guess more using intimidation and threats to silence victims.
My experience with First Precinct Det Squad as a victim of a violent assault with corrupt cop Det John Vergona fixing it using threats, yelling at me that I am going to drop the charges along with Adrian Schoolcraft tapes make me think NYPD turn away more rapes than we will ever know and possible their own victims. Vergona has how many supervisors and I went to three.

I have a hole in my retina blood in my eye a neck that was in bad shape in worse shape as I stood there like a human piñata and Delita Hooks hit me three times before I defended myself.
The NYPD are terribly corrupt and even in the Central Park Gang Rape case it now appears NYPD did a Vergona fake policing and perhaps they yelled at the men enough they started to believe NYPD detectives enough.

NYC Juries tend to be awful when rape is involved so you have a corrupt police force and
