FYI -- I have been banned by the NYDN from posting a comment on a related article. The PBA needs to post this because more and more New Yorkers including me, a highly published civilian on behalf of the NYPD with a letter in the WSJ are calling for outside agency like the Feds or a Commission like the Knapp and the Mollen.
Mike Bloomberg talks about gun control but has little to say about the many NYPD officers caught gun trafficking including NYPD officer Mina who stole guns out of his fellow NYPD cops lockers -- 9th Precinct -- same precinct where NYPD Rape Cop Moreno was caught with heroin in his locker.
