Adrian Schoolcraft's commander I believe is caught on audio talking a woman out of essentially preventing from reporting her Iphone being stolen.

an African American man told me was also prevented from reporting his iPhone stolen. He swears the NYPD made up a bogus excuse.

Post reports Ithefts are up but they are covering up for the NYPD like they sat Murders and shooting down when the reality is barely -- over 1 New Yorker or tourist is murdered a day in NYC but the post is selling spin like $3.99 is a major discount from $4.

If the editors listened to Adrian Schoolcraft's audio recording they would change their tune including about stop and frisks.
