 You will see the handsome Lt. O'Sullivan who does obey protocol but he does oh so cleverly violate my first amendment right and makes me move and go for a walk when I have committed no crime. If I was NYPD shouting for a raise he wouldn't have bothered me would he? What was I shouting about? CityTime and even worse a bigger crime our 911 Tech System called ECTP. I had called the FBI before stumbling on this press conference that for all I know could have been a movie shoot. I spoke to an FBI agent asking for the FBI's assistance as to where is the criminal investigation in to the 911 tech system where oops Bloomberg, Mark Page and City Council approved 1 billion 14 million dollar over ride on a billion dollar budget and guess what the system is flawed! Do you think anyone was stealing money and over billing the tax payers of New York -- and if more people die because the 911 tech system is flawed will New Yorkers finally wake-up and with the DA or US Attorney do their job finally?
