Cy Vance's predecessor, Morgy is now a partner (at 94) at Wachtell.  When the IRS started investigating, the ADAs in the fraud unit tried to investigate too.  Morgy had Vance cancel the City investigation?

Now the IRS is closing Trinity 300 year old lower school -- b/c Wachtell felt they were getting away with it b/c the fix was in with Vance?

The Rudins are among the trustees who are STILL under IRS fraud investigation for stealing from a non-profit?.
