Scroll down in the above link --  until u get to 911 calls -- in our meeting at City Hall -- one of Quinn's top guys - a tall white man with grey hair who would not give me his business card and never gave us a name of who he supposedly spoke to at the 1st Precinct said he called the 1st and there was no ambulance at 250 Broadway when a 75 year old man from her district passed out standing on line to testify the urgent need for a full service hospital. Since the meeting and Norman Seigel was with me - I got the name of the NYPD officer from the 6th Precinct I asked to call 911 and he did and followed thru with me to say the ambulance was on it 's way.

 Dr David Kaufman made a series of 911 and he and Nurse Eileen Dunn attended to the man. The ambulance took a half hour and I want an investigation as to why an ambulance would take a half hour when Thr hospital is right by 250 Broadway/City Hall. I got a letter in response to mine from 1 Police Plaza re: Foiling 911 calls. I find out in a few weeks if they will release 911 calls. I have more than enough proof including video of the man collapsing. I left before the ambulance which took so long because I was dressed so lightly in freezing cold. Quinn should be the one calling for the investigations!!!! Norman Siegel also called for an investigation why People mostly from Quinn's District were locked out!!! How could Quinn not fight for protective zoning for a hospital only? See link above for answers.
