Also why wouldn’t Quinn, Bloomberg and Rudin want Cy Vance to prosecute the St. V crooks? Maybe they don’t want to bring attention to Rudin’s acquisition? Rumor has it the Rudin and flunkies have donated 100,000 to Quinn campaign.
