Mayor Bloomberg senile dementia or drugs?

If Bloomberg ran his private company like NYC gov he and his family would be living in homeless shelters. Mike is a spend aholic -- techno addict who may have approved with Quinn and City Council rubber stamping as much as 10 billion in tax payer abuse on way too many corrupt tech deals as well as other fraud flawed gov contracts. I want this tax payer money back plus damages, auditors sued, arrests NYC gov.

I just cannot believe that Bloomberg made his billions honestly and by using his own smarts. He seems to me to be a very stupid, out of touch, dumb kind of a man. He must have had a lot of people working for him who were the real geniuses behind Bloomberg News and he took the credit and money for their hard work. I wonder what happened to them? Maybe he was smart once, but has slipped into some kind of senile dementia since becoming mayor, but I don't think so. I think he is just corrupt and bogus, very inept at doing his job, but got the street smarts to make others do his bidding and take the blame for his stupidity.
