and than there is even a bigger Tax Payer’s Titanic -- ECTP aka 911 Tech System -- and the mega tax payer abuse went on and on -- tell me DOI never noticed along with Bloomberg, Mark Page and City Council something was very wrong.  Only John Liu repeatedly spoke up on the billion dollar over ride---- 2 press releases and a 20 page audit -- all found on my blogs.
