The New York Press has not reported anything on the mega-lawsuits brought by shareholders of SAIC against SAIC top officials -- perhaps scared we might start holding Bloomberg and his top officials accountable and folks my join me in figuring out our 500,000 million dollar pay back was way too small -- a figure agreed upon to sweep even larger corruption under the rug?
Here are 2 lawsuits you must know about that have not been reported by The NY Media.
This link has the legal document -- Westlane Police and Fire suing SAIC.....
includes what sounds to me like insider trading......as in Deb Alderson Gerald Denault’s boss selling her SAIC and profiting -- putting a happy face on SAIC when in fact not so happy and Deb might have had an inkling?
Note: There are three mega lawsuits by shareholders I believe....stay tuned.
This link will take you to another link -- the link for date of lawsuit never reported by New York media or any media -- Gerald Denault the fall guy for SAIC CityTime scandal suing SAIC on Valentine’s Day and winning.....is the word on the street -- SAIC has to pay his legal bills!!!!!
Personally I think Denault guilty but SAIC guiltier based on Richard Valcich whistle blowing letter from Feb. 2003.
Stay tuned ECTP was dubbed CityTime 2 by John Liu and ECTP the 911 Tech System way bigger scandal --- in fact a mega- mega scandal so stay tuned.
There is enough here to take down mayor Mike Bloomberg, Team Bloomberg and Christine Quinn. Actually there is enough here to take-out Bill Thompson since his and Bloomberg’s names are on the bottom of every page of the Richard Valcich whistle blowing letter of 2003.
Christine Quinn brushed aside 2 investigations in to CityTime brought by Tish James and discouraged a third. Quinn lead the green lighting rubber stamping for all these corrupt tech contracts where they were clearly so over budget any 4th grader could have done the math but I am guessing she wanted all these companies to donate money to her campaign. Look how much Verizon has donated and Verizon is implicated in ECTP 911 Tech System and scandalous Board of Ed deals where critics say the fix was in and as usual no competitive bids.
Bottom line all involved are awful managers despite public relations and cover-ups and should not ever be in charge of tax payer money.
