Dear Chief:


Highest praise for John Liu for two press releases and a 20 page audit available on NYC gov website exposing mega-tax payer abuse 911 Tech System called ECTP which Liu dubbed CityTime 2.

We did not need to further waste even more tax payer money with a series of over priced consultants when the unacceptable mega-over runs with CityTime, ECTP, NYCWiNS, FDNY Wireless System. NYCAPS were simple math totaling in the billions.

Mayor Bloomberg is a techno-spend aholic when it comes to tax payer money and he and his family would be homeless if he spent money this way with his private empire.  

Shame on Mark Page as well as Christine Quinn, Mike's mini-me and City Council for green lighting what will go down in NYC history as the largest tax payer abuse, fraud and thievery under Mike Bloomberg a supposed great business man and tech whiz!

Resign Mike and take Team Bloomberg   and your mini-me with you!

How many City Workers could we rehire that you laid-off, hire more NYPD and expand City Services especially for the neediest New Yorkers.
