Folks: I am on the run so I don't have the link handy but you must read Dan Primack column "the Term Sheet in "Fortune" -- superb, cutting, cutting throught the b.s. to get to the heart of the matter, if there was heart but this is about ruthlessness, greed, lies and arrogance because Steve Rattner thinks he is above the law and the issue is -- is Cuomo going to give him immunity and or begin to hold Rattner just some what accountable.

The election is coming up and Rattner is a big fund raiser for the democratic party and Rattner and Bloomberg are best friends so close that Bloomberg says see no evil hear no evil -- not a direct quote.
He says Steve can give him finanical advise. If you read any article in The Wall Street Journal or The New York Times that says the SEC isn't banning him from giving Mike advice -- in my opinion that is misleading.
You, me, Steve Rattner can give Mike Bloomberg finanical advice and we can shout it from Times Square is we like. The authors are perhaps doing some public relations in how they tell you all the news..
Tonight I should have the link but this article is powerful and a must read for anyone that wants intelligent insights and not phony public relations reads as is the case in the newspapers if the newspapers bothered to report the news on Rattner.
