Christine Quinn Monserrate Julissa Ferreras is there a cover-up at City Hall? New YouTube by Suzannah B. Troy

Good morning blog readers and I have a question for you.  Did Christine Quinn have any knowledge and is she involved in protecting or a cover-up of slush money that Monserrate  got indicted for yesterday?   The indictment of Monserrate could bring down city council woman Julissa Ferraras who took Monserrate's city council seat and was also the chair woman of the board of directors for Libre...the org. Monserrate got slush money allotted to and than funneled that money in to his campaign.

There has been systematic abuse of tax payer money aka slush money....slush money is another term for tax payer money.

In my opinion Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn used slush money to push through a third term as well as intimidation to push through a third term as well as deny the voters a referendum.

Larry Seabrook is under indictment.  He and Kendall Stewart avoided an early indictment although both their aides, a top aid pleaded guilty to stealing tax payer money.  Miguel Martinez pleaded guilty to stealing tax payer money and admitted he was doing so from the get go.

I don't understand how council woman Arroyo has avoided indictment and ditto for her mother.

The city council members that appear corrupt and or pleaded guilty or their aides pleaded guilty all happen to vote to extend term limits.
