How sad is it you report Cuomo asks the S.E.C to postpone their decision so he can negotiate a deal? Rattner pleaded the 5th to the S.E.C. more times than Mike Bloomberg has been mayor. Is "pay to play" and being less than forth coming with the truth give one the right to play "let's make a deal"?
p.s. If you are a Union worker for NYC and or in the State of NY and aren't retiring very soon I would advise you to speak to your Union leaders to take a look at the State of your pension funds that all kinds of overly ambitious guys like Mike Bloomberg's money manager Steve Rattner got involved with and I am not sure it was in your best interests. If it wasn't than the tax payers get creamed as well but no one will blame white collar criminals just the Unions.
