Preparing Legal Action Against City of NY NYPD

I can't even focus on suing Dr Fagelman and Delita Hooks quite yet because I first am working on going after the City because the City gives you only 90 days.

I want to serve the NYPD responsible ASAP because I have only a year to go after the MD and Delita Hooks and time is of the essence.

I have notes on my arm and my Iphone and in my brief case as a prepare to sit down with a legal guardian angel.
