Delita Hooks threatened me with bodily harm and violently attacked me as I held my bags and IPhone which I never put down. She came out from behind a long closed off counter to stalk me after verbal assaulting me. She violated my patient rights and privacy. Internal Affairs has enough evidence to go to DA for false cross complaint assault & battery so why haven't they and punished Det that coerced me to drop charges using a false cross complaint?

Can you believe I once asked for a raise for the NYPD after 9-11 in The New York Times.
I had no idea a Det John Vergona would be fixing and violent assault that could have left me blind and damaged my neck and he was not alone. He wasn't the only NYPD officer involved in fixing violent crime -- me being assaulted by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist.
