It has been duly noted in a playlist of YouTubes that NYPD intelligence detectives for Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn do not obey protocol.
As they bully you about they refuse often to tell you they are NYPD and give you their names and badge numbers as required by NYPD protocol but Leopold McClean is senior older and should know better -- no one in the NYPD seemed to notice his obsession with an ex girlfriend?
Well he violated NYPD protocol shooting his gun off duty and not alerting supervisors but hey he was only attempting to murder a man he was jealous of.
