From Albany to  City Hall uber corruption -- NY one of the most corrupt States and Cities in the entire USA and now I am learning first hand how corrupt NYPD and IAB are so who can we get honest enough to be a monitor?

There maybe no one who can't be bribed and given money under the tables and favors.

Just look what goes on with the monitors we have in place.


One of the biggest Jokes is the Conflict of Interest Board that lets Bloomberg and all rich pals and all corrupt contractors get away with murder.

How did Steve Rattner get to pay to play with NY Pensions in the first place considering his relationship - biz relationship with our manager as his money manager?
